By signing up for membership on Elaine Alghani's website, you agree to the following terms regarding the use of your likeness and participation in recorded sessions, such as Zoom calls, hosted as part of this membership program:

Consent to Use Likeness

  1. Scope of Use:
    You hereby grant Elaine Alghani and her representatives the right to capture, use, and share your likeness, voice, and participation in any video or audio recordings (e.g., Zoom calls, webinars, workshops) made as part of the membership program. These recordings may be used for educational, promotional, or other purposes consistent with the mission and services of Elaine Alghani.

  2. Types of Usage:
    Your likeness and participation may appear in:

    • Training materials and resources for members.

    • Marketing content, such as promotional videos or social media posts.

    • Archive recordings available for future members or public viewing.

  3. No Compensation:
    You understand and agree that no compensation will be provided for the use of your likeness or participation in these recordings.

Opt-Out Option

  1. Right to Opt-Out:
    If you do not wish to have your likeness, voice, or participation used in recordings at any time, you may opt out by notifying Elaine Alghani's team in writing at hello@elainealghani.com prior to the session or event.

    • You will receive confirmation of your opt-out request, and reasonable efforts will be made to exclude you from recordings or to edit your likeness from shared content.

  2. Limitations of Opt-Out:
    Please note that opting out may limit your ability to engage fully in certain interactive features of the membership program.

Release of Liability

By agreeing to these terms, you release Elaine Alghani and her representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of the use of your likeness, voice, or participation, provided such use is consistent with the terms outlined above.
